Rosetta optical corrugated cardboard sheet counter R106 is a smart counting machine for corrugated industry.

Leveraging a high-performance industrial CCD camera and advanced counting algorithm, the system provides fast and accurate counting of corrugated board sheets in each stack.

The machine is designed within a compact all-in-one enclosure, and the main parts include a host IPC with touch screen monitor, high grade industrial camera, lifting mechanism, wireless scanner, a label printer, and Rosetta developed state-of-art vision counting software.

This machine is standardized, easy installation and ready-to-use type, long lifetime and requires least maintenance.

Our machine is an automatic, smart, and accurate counting solution to replace human manual counting.

Technical Features

The Machine scans the corrugated flute side of each stack.

Through CCD visual photography, the end face image of corrugated cardboard is obtained, and then each layer of corrugated is extracted based on deep learning algorithm, and then the number of corrugated is converted to the number of cardboard sheets.

The system recognizes each wavy flute layer. The count accuracy is not influenced by sheet thickness variety, gap, etc.

Function and Features

Except G flute is too thin to accurately count, all other flutes and combinations are perfectly countable.
It can add more layer types in menu as per customer demand.
