Rosetta optical corrugated cardboard sheet counter R106 is a smart counting machine for corrugated industry. Leveraging a high-performance camera and advanced counting algorithm, the system provides fast and accurate counting of corrugated board sheets in each stack.
It is automatic and efficient solution which helps board plant to verify the quantity in each stack before shipment.
The machine scans the corrugated flute side of each stack. Through CCD visual photography, the image of corrugated side of cardboard stack is obtained, and then each layer of corrugated sheet is recognized based on deep learning algorithm. The system then calculate and convert to the real number of cardboard sheets of the specific flute type.
The count is done precisely by recognizing each single layer, not influenced by flute height variables.
All typical flutes and combinations (double-wall and tri-wall) are perfectly countable.
(Only F flute is thin, and it requires sheets aligned neatly in stack for a good count.)
You can add more layer types in menu as per customer demand.
