This counter machine is self developed by us which is integrated advanced industrial CCD camera and intelligent counting algorithms based on deep learning technology. It scans the corrugated side of each stack, recognize the boards and count the numbers fast and accurate. It is an automatic and efficient solution which helps board plant to verify the quantity in each stack before shipment
This machine is standardized, easy installation and ready-to-use type, long lifetime and requires least maintenance.
Industry's Pain points
(1) Corrugated board sheets are sold by quantity, so accurate number is essential.
(2) Quantity discrepancy can happen during production, warehousing and transportation which is hard to trace and producers have to bear the loss.
(3) It is low efficiency and high cost to use human workers to count the numbers of every stack before shipment.
The machine scans the corrugated flute side of each stack.
Through CCD visual photography, the end face image of corrugated cardboard is obtained, and then each layer of corrugated is extracted based on deep learning algorithm, and then the number of corrugated is converted to the number of cardboard sheets.
The system recognizes each flute layer. The count accuracy is not influenced by sheet thickness variety, gap or other factors.
Except G flute is too thin to accurately count, all other flutes and combinations are perfectly countable.
You can add more layer types in menu as per customer demand.
