Product Description
Rosetta optical corrugated cardboard sheet counter R105 is a smart counting machine for corrugated industry. Leveraging a high-performance camera and advanced counting algorithm, the system provides fast and accurate counting of corrugated board sheets in each stack.
The machine consists of base structure, a host IPC with touch screen monitor, high grade industrial camera, lifting mechanism, a label printer, and Rosetta developed state-of-art vision count software.This machine is standardized, easy installation and ready-to-use type, long lifetime and requires least maintenance.
Through CCD visual photography, the end face image of corrugated cardboard is obtained, and then each layer of corrugated is extracted based on deep learning algorithm, and then the number of corrugated is converted to the number of cardboard sheets.
Except F flute is too thin to accurately count, all other flutes and combinations are perfectly countable.
Can add more layer types in menu as per customer demand.
